Mariana Guarin
Born in Venezuela, my family is Colombian, and I have Lebanese blood. I live in Chicago and travel a lot to visit my family. I’m the youngest of three. That’s why my family called me Marianita, and my friends called me Nita.
I believe in the power of ideas and am learning how creativity can make an impact through volunteering and supporting nonprofits.
I’m a Latina who loves music but doesn’t know how to dance salsa—though I’ve got my own unique style. I have a blast being DJ Lala alongside my art director, Geraldine Ramirez.
